Good morning parents,

We just recently found out that this massive service activity has a max capacity of 900 kids. When we first heard about this event they were already closing in on 500. A week ago they were at 549. In just one week they had the remaining 351 spots filled so they had to close the registration Sunday night. The response and interest to serve was both humbling and overwhelming to say the least, and the folks in charge apologized for not being able to accommodate more. Hopefully they plan another activity like this in the future.
