Feed The Missionaries

Help us support our Spanish Missionaries in the stake.

Most (if not all) wards have a dedicated companionship of missionaries serving within their boundaries. Some companionships (such as Spanish Speaking companionships) within our stake are assigned to the entire stake. You can support their efforts, and meet some amazing individuals, by signing up to either feed or just visit with them.

The Mission President has told our stake leadership that missionaries have sufficient funds to feed themselves, and thus suggests that ward members consider having companionships over for a broader variety of types of visits. 

In other words, members don’t NEED to provide a meal (the missionaries WON’T starve). 

Members might consider some of these alternatives:

• Invite the missionaries over for a “Family Home Evening” with your family
• Roleplay with the missionaries: Ask the missionaries to teach you a lesson and pretend you are a non-member friend
• Go for a walk around a local park with the missionaries
• Invite the missionaries over for a group scripture study on a topic of your choice
• … or get creative with your own ideas. The intent is for members to get to know our Spanish speaking missionaries and to learn about additional opportunities to share the gospel.
